8. Shipping and Delivery

FedEx Ground

Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays in shipment caused by events outside our control.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information when your order ships.

If you do not receive your shipment within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to locate your order.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Notify us within 3 business days of any missing, damaged or defective items by emailing [email protected]. We will arrange for replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

9. Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package the product securely in its original or protective packaging and ship to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damaged/defective goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

We do not accept returns of:

Gift cards
Personalized, customized or made-to-order products
Products missing original packaging or parts
Used, damaged, or defective products

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds are subject to passing inspection by our staff.

10. Contests and Sweepstakes

We may periodically run contests, sweepstakes and promotions on our website. Each contest, sweepstake or promotion has its own set of rules which will be clearly explained on the website.
